Ashfall Legion

Ashfall Legion is the rare mobile RPG where the writing pulls you forward. You lead a small band of survivors across a scorched continent, and the branching conversations actually change who joins you and how later chapters play out. I replayed the second act just to see a different ending, which says something.

Combat is turn-based and clean. Skills have clear cooldowns, positioning matters, and boss fights ask you to read the board rather than just spam your strongest attack. The gear system is deep without being overwhelming, and you can respec cheaply, so experimenting never feels punished.
